( All of those small pricks of anxiety become sharp and piercing all of a sudden. It's rare, but if Lalli left right now, Emil wouldn't mind -- he doesn't know how to feel. He doesn't get what's really happening, though he thinks maybe he should. This was so quick and charged for some reason, he has to think about why. He doesn't want to, but that pressing knot in his throat and the magic he can feel literally heating his body...he has to.
