( Through text, he couldn't quite emphasize how he was more curious about the "you" and not the "why." Being told what happened again like he didn't witness the whole incident first hand, still smarting severely from the sting of it all...he finds it slightly irritating, but holds in a more venomous quip. )

( That’s what has him feeling the most anxious. If Lalli does decide to mend everything, then he’ll let him without a doubt. What doesn’t make sense is everyone seems to be so sure of that outcome, instead of the possibility for Lalli to double down. It’s sometbkng he doesn’t even know how to prepare for. If it feels this bad now, having it explained again and right to his face is going to be...earth-shaking, to say the least. )
